Our team finds new ways to continually improve health and safety on-site. Communication is key, so our workers have the support and tools they need for their mental health. We have dedicated account managers who are regularly on-site to monitor fatigue management, something essential to our worker’s wellbeing.
Upskilling and training are key to anyone’s growth and success. Where we see opportunities for promotions on-site, we’ll ensure our workers get the training they need to achieve their goals.
We’ve worked hard to create an environment and mindset that encourages people to grow and achieve, and we know what it means to have this recognised. We regularly reward hard work, whether it’s with a voucher for outstanding service or lunch for our workers. Rewarding hard work ensures our workers know they are appreciated and not simply a resource.
We don’t just work closely with our clients to ensure their project runs smoothly, we also work closely with them to support the local community. CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility – is an important way that we’ve been able to get involved in local communities, from employing locals on major projects to supporting local charity initiatives.
