I'm an experienced Rail director with over 14 years experience in LU, Overground, Metro, DLR and Network rail projects from station builds, platform extensions, industrial painting, M&E, Civil and Comms spanning the UK. Throughout my career, I've managed teams delivering safety-critical staff, PTS Trades &Labour, M&E and Civils Gangs while building an entire rail division from the ground up including achieving the necessary accreditations and passing RISQS audits. I've also built a delivery team servicing clients throughout the UK with whom I've built long-lasting relationships and become the preferred supplier through consistent results to a high number of clients along the Wales & Western, Anglia, Wessex, Kent and Sussex routes. My experience starting from a resourcer has given me the 360 knowledge across a number of sectors enabling me to give leadership, guidance and mentorship to my team. I have seen the results that work both for my team and clients. I believe that having the capacity to continually look at new ideas and learn from those around you enables my team to actively grow.
