The Latest News from PSI Global

Our biggest news over the last month is that PSI Global have successfully completed an out of turn RISQS audit, enabling us to complete SSOWP works. The team have also secured our ECIA membership for the first time, allowing us to undertake any work on NAECI sites. Well done to everyone who worked so hard to ensure we continue to move PSI Global forward.

One of our priorities has been to grow our presence in Europe, and we’ve been busier than ever over the last month. We have large hyper scale data centre projects in Sweden and Germany, with more data centre projects due to start soon in both locations as well as Dublin and the Nordics. In addition, our team are also working on two large industrial projects in Belfast and are looking for electricians on-site. Our white-collar team are currently supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors with labour supply across HS2, Sellafield, and various Power, Energy, and T&D schemes across the UK. They’ve also started working with a reputable civil engineering consultancy, filling a few challenging roles in their London and Bristol branches within the Flood Risk and Highways sectors. Jac and Jessica are currently looking for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and Design Engineers in the North and South of England within T&D and Rail. Connect with them now if you’re interested.

The Major Projects team are continuing with requirements on Severn Trent Water jobs around the East and West Midlands. This includes the recruitment of Plant Ops, particularly 360 Operators and Tracked Dumpers. Work is progressing well on the HS2 Viaducts in Solihull, where we’re regularly looking for Slingers and Lifting Supervisors. The team are also looking to increase work for PTS Groundworkers and Plant Ops around Greater London. Our Industrial Services team are continuing to stay busy on their project in Belfast and have started on multiple painting and scaffolding projects across the North East. Sarah and Leanne from our Social Values team attended an employment day in Haverigg, holding talks with a group of men who will soon be coming up to release or will be available for Release on Temporary Licence work. The day gave our team the opportunity to provide insight into the types of projects we have at the moment and give advice on what training would be beneficial to complete prior to release to help them secure employment when they get home.
