We recognise that issues can arise at any time, which is why our dedicated account managers offer regular on-site visits and are available by phone in and out of office hours. This communication with our workers, as well as regular site visits, ensures that we’re aware of any physical or mental health issues that may come up and that our workers are comfortable enough to raise those issues with us.
