Workers First Means Putting Your Wellbeing First

Your mental health and wellbeing is important, and we want to ensure that everyone that works for PSI Global has the tools they need to positively impact their mental health. We’ve created a Mental Health Scheme for all of our workers on-site and in our offices, setting a standard within the recruitment industry.

The support scheme that we’ve put in place to care for your wellbeing is made up of partnerships with various organisations across the UK. These include support for gambling, workplace mental health support, financial support, and construction industry specific support.

Our team members maintain positive relationships with each worker through regular site visits, and many of our account managers have been certified through the i-act for Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing programme. We recognise that support may be needed at any time, and as part of our Mental Health Scheme, these team members are available for a confidential discussion should you need help and support with your mental health and wellbeing.
