New Scaffolding Division Launched

PSI Global Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the new PSI Global Scaffolding Limited, a division of the company that will solely focus on the recruitment of scaffolding professionals.

The division will be run by Nikki Frampton, an experienced Scaffolder with 20 years of experience in the industry. He has also previously run his own scaffolding recruitment company NF Labour Services Limited, which is the acquired company now known as PSI Global Scaffolding Limited.

Scaffolding Industry Experience

While working as a Scaffolder two years ago, Frampton made the decision to set up his own scaffolding recruitment business. He found it beneficial from his perspective to start recruiting as well, sharing that, from his experience, he knew the trade and sector well, and has worked on most of the jobs that he supplied scaffolders to.

During his impressive 20-year career, Frampton has worked on several different projects across the UK and abroad, starting as a labourer at the age of 18. “I worked my way up doing my NVQs,” he explained. “Then after a number of years I did my inspection and supervisor courses. I’ve worked on various sites throughout, including offshore, building sites, petrochemical sites, power stations, and dockyards.”

Prior to setting up his own business, Frampton had been supplying scaffolders to various companies and agencies for 10 years. Starting his own recruitment business and moving over to the new PSI Global Scaffolding Limited was a natural progression that allows more growth for Frampton’s scaffolding business and career. “Having the financial backing of PSI Global Group allows me to now expand and grow my business further.”

Scaffolding Recruitment

The knowledge brought on board from Frampton will be beneficial considering the number of scaffolding roles regularly available through PSI Global’s Industrial Services and Marine team.

“The new scaffolding division within the PSI Global Group will be a huge benefit to our candidates and clients,” said Business Development Director Lee Austin. “Having someone with Nikki’s experience on board will help to generate further interest from the scaffolding community, and bring along with it a person that they know and trust has their best interest as a matter of priority.”
