PSI Global’s recruitment process begins with our team sharing available jobs through our Jobs Page as well as outside job boards like Indeed and CV Library. Many of our team members will also share jobs through their own LinkedIn profiles, and you can regularly find jobs through our social media channels.
Applications are taken through the platform itself, whether that’s our own website or an outside job board. However, many of our account managers are available through their mobile, and the number is typically shared in the job advert. Candidates are also welcome to call the main office line to discuss upcoming opportunities with members of our different recruitment teams.
Our team takes the time to review all applications that come through, and if you meet all of the requirements set forth in the job description, you will be shortlisted and contacted by a member of our team. Requirements are different for each role, but we will check for qualifications that match the job description, right to work, and professional references. References will need to be from your last two employers where you worked in a similar role.
If you are then confirmed for the role, the account manager will send you a Confirmation of Assignment via email or SMS. You will get an explanation of what you need to know when working on-site, everything from what to do if you’re running late to having any work-related issues. Your account manager will also give you a call on your first day to ensure everything is running smoothly ahead of your start.
