I’ve worked in recruitment for the last seven years, primarily focusing on project and client management across a number of sectors including Civils, Industrial Services, and Construction. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with both candidates and clients and have been involved in a wide variety of projects, from large scale warehouse distribution centres to new-build housing projects. Currently I'm working within the Industrial Services team, recruiting on a number of exciting projects across the UK and beyond. Working with both our clients and candidates at PSI Global has kept me motivated to work hard to ensure they have everything they need for the project at hand. It's important to me that we put our workers first and look after not just their physical health but also their mental health, something I've regularly run training sessions on for our workers. I pride myself on the relationships built with both candidates and clients, a result of regular communication throughout my career.
