At PSI Global Recruitment, we support a wide range of projects across multiple countries by supplying skilled and compliant operatives to meet the demands of complex, fast‑moving worksites.

Our teams have contributed to construction, engineering, mechanical, and electrical projects of varying scale, from large data centres and energy facilities to critical infrastructure developments. By working closely with our international clients and trusted workforce, we ensure each project is staffed efficiently, safely, and with the right expertise, no matter the location.

Sweden

Our Construction and Engineering team have supplied a substantial number of skilled Operatives for projects across Sweden. This work has spanned both short‑term and large‑scale assignments, allowing us to support clients with reliable personnel who meet strict industry and site requirements.

This has included providing teams of electricians who were brought in to support a major electrical project. Their involvement ensured the project remained on schedule while meeting all technical and safety standards expected within the Swedish construction sector.

Belgium

We recently had a last-minute job come up in Brussels on a pharmaceutical build. The client came to us at 4pm on a Friday, being let down by a subcontractor. We were able to have a team of 12 Approved Electricians and two Supervisors on-site in Brussels the following Tuesday.

Our team was able to engage with Romanian workers that we had previously worked with on other projects. Having built these relationships, we knew we could rely on these workers to do a quality job on a last-minute job. Our workforce was on-site for 10 hours a day, 6 days a week for the duration of the project.

The Netherlands

We’ve had workers out on Data Centre projects across The Netherlands, from Amsterdam to Groningen, supporting a variety of large‑scale developments that require highly coordinated on-site expertise. This has included ensuring all workers are fully compliant before starting on-site, placing the likes of Electricians, Electrical Testers, Pipefitters, and more.

In addition to supplying personnel, our team has assisted clients with onboarding processes and site‑specific requirements to help streamline each project. We have also maintained regular communication with our workforce on-site to ensure alignment with each evolving project timeline and technical needs.

Germany

We have recently expanded upon our presence in Europe through a project in Frankfurt. Our team provided Site Managers, Supervisors, Pipe Fitters, and Mechanical Fitters, making up a mechanical team put together to lead the installation of a hyper-scale data centre.

Having a presence in Europe within our Recruitment division has been helpful in bringing in qualified workers. The skilled workforce was brought in through our office in Romania, with Account Manager Cristian Avram leading the project management.

In addition to the project in Frankfurt, we have multiple projects beginning soon in other areas of the country.

France

Recent work has had our workers travelling across Europe and India, working on various Energy Centres. Their involvement required close coordination with multiple international teams, allowing us to maintain consistency in quality across geographically diverse sites. The project then finished with the team working in France.

United Kingdom

While we have expanded our work into Europe over the past few years, PSI Global’s work originated and continues in the United Kingdom from our offices across the country. This has included projects in Construction, Civils, Highways, Rail, Industrial Services and Marine, Mechanical and Electrical, and Oil and Gas.

We’ve worked on high profile sites like HS2 and the Preston Western Distributor Road project, while also maintaining a presence on many of the UK’s dockyards for the Ministry of Defence. Each project has involved ensuring we bring in the right worker to fill each role, maintaining close relationships with our workforce to bring opportunities for upskilling as well as ensuring their wellbeing is looked after.

Ireland

From Solar Farms to Data Centres, we’ve worked on many projects across Ireland, with a dedicated team available for our operatives on-site.

We have worked on projects that include a pharmaceutical centre in Cork, infrastructure developments and hospitals in Dubin, apartment blocks in city centres, and a solar farm in County Meath. With each project that has come to our team, we have ensured skilled operatives were placed each time to match the needs of our client. This has included Electricians, Pipe Fitters, Managers, Mechanical Fitters, and more.

Many of the projects we’ve worked on across Ireland have been short notice, and due to the relationships we’ve built with our network of skilled workers, we’ve been able to have a full workforce on-site quickly, with all of the necessary paperwork in place.
