PSI Global Recruitment has built a database of skilled workers over the years, building relationships with workers who hold different qualifications for any number of jobs. It’s our relationship with these workers and the great work they’ve done that has helped us build a reputation across the UK and Europe for compliance, international reach, and workforce reliability.

Our presence across Europe has steadily increased over the past two years due to our ability to provide the right workers with the right skills, experience, and qualifications throughout Europe. We are always thorough when it comes to compliance and ensure that our workforce is paid correctly under each country’s tax laws. Outside of our account managers and recruitment specialists, we also have a team of international tax specialists who ensure our clients are 100% compliant.

While our company started as a recruitment agency in the UK, we have expanded to not only recruit and source labour within Europe but have also opened offices in Romania and Ireland to assist with recruitment. This has allowed us to supply any trade for any project, something we’ve done successfully across 12 different countries.

Some of the trades we have been able to supply on our international projects include Electricians, Pipefitters, Welders, Plumbers, Mechanical Fitters, Electrical Testers, BMS Engineers, Project Managers, Electrical QA/QC, Mechanical QA/QC, and Logistics.

In addition to sourcing labour across Europe, we have also partnered with a company in Asia that allows us to source labour where there are skills shortages in the area the project will be starting. This means we have access to talent globally and will ensure each worker meets our clients’ strict criteria before starting on-site by checking qualifications and references, ensuring compliance and right to work, and putting each worker through trade testing to confirm competency.
