Communication is key in making sure we know what our clients need from us, and our workforce knows what needs to be done on-site. Our Account Managers are regularly available to support our candidates and workers both on and off site.

We have built and incorporated a range of support services to ensure our workforce is taken care of. This includes upskilling opportunities both through our dedicated Training Division and third-party partners to give our workforce the opportunity to build new skills and continue moving forward in their career. Through both our Recruitment and Training divisions, we work closely in each community to get involved by supporting local initiatives and hiring local.

The mental health and wellbeing of our workforce is important to us, so to ensure support in this area, we created a Mental Health Support Scheme, partnering with organisations like Maximus, Lighthouse, GamCare, and Andy’s Man Club to offer our workforce crucial mental health support. Many of our Account Managers who regularly visit site have been certified through the i-act for Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing programme as well as the programme through St John Ambulance, giving them the tools they need to assist our workforce and have a confidential conversation when they need someone to turn to while on-site.

Support also includes fatigue management, visiting site to regularly ensure our workforce are getting the rest they need, and providing them the information they need to make improvements if necessary.
